Miss Manning,
The problem escalates. The
reason I went to the Buranda store was to buy heartworm tablets for my
two assistance dogs. I had the Friskkies Container to show what I
wanted. The young fellow beside the old bag [don't use my use of
that term as a reason to not deal with my highlighting a very serious
problem within WOW] who phoned the police, told me they did not have
those heartworm tablets but had only the ones which were four tablets
within the pack. They would be monthly treatments, and an all
together different brand and pack colour and design,
Well, as you can see in the attached photo, WOW make a Home
Brand identical heartworm tablets. Of course, Buranda would not
have stocked them. Well, I do not think such would be the
case. Clearly, additional. I bought these from a WOW
supemarket on Monday last, and they were much cheaper than Friskies.
So, if WOW Buranda had not been so incompetent, The major
breach of the DDA 1992, would not have occurred, well not yet, at
least. I think this exacerbates the seriousness of this problem.
Having
the photo of the Home Brand Heartworm tablets, illustrates my journal
articles far better than a bald statement that WOW make a Home Brand of
the product I was wanting, yet WOW staff allowed a sale to go begging,
and on top of that caused a major problem, of abuse and disability
Discrimination.
I
am wondering what is happening about this, on the WOW side.. It
is a simple matter of law. It is not new law. The
legislation, the DDA, 1992 has been applicable for 15 years.
It seems like WOW is making out this is new problem. IT
SHOULD HAVE BEEN SORTED, LONG AGO. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO
ENCOUNTER THESE PROBLEMS.
I WANT THIS MATTER EXCALATED TO THE
CEO. If you fail to report it there, I will do it my self through
my website, where I will include a copy of this email.
Russell Mathews.

Mr Mathews,
Our Store managers report directly to the Area Managers. Each Area
Manager in our Region look after approximately 20 stores each.
The Area Manager is in the process of investigating your complaint.
Kind Regards

So I gather that the Regional manager is superior to the Area manager.
So you call the area Manager for the Buranda Store, the person who is
the Manager of the Buranda Store.
Please do not post to me, in St Lucia as I am moving. Please
email
me.If you post my address is PO Box 143 Taigum, Q4018.
