We are offering a series of CONTRA-DEALS with PROMOTION on our
websites for the purpose of having Jim's Gym built. This Jim's
Gym will capture the imagination of all Australians. It will be
built by the Internet.
Jim
Tierney did not give
St Vincent de Paul Society, the
equipment with the statement or effect of, "use it as Vinnies Gym or do
whatever else you want with it", or at all.
The "arrangement" was NOT for a fixed
period of time, like 5, 10, or 15
years for example, with the condition that then they would have
ownership of everything at the conclusion of that time period..
Because nothing was discussed, were the JOINT VENTURE/PURPOSE to end,
it should have meant that both parties would return to their previous
position, as nearly as possible. Being Catholic and dealing in a
joint charitable purpose with a Catholic organization, Jim
Tierney did not
believe he should have a written
legal agreement. He would recommend against that now for any
person dealing with any St Vincent de Paul Society, or any Roman
Catholic organization, or maybe any church for that matter, anywhere in
the
world.
There is more detail of the
circumstances leading to our form this gym,
in the summary
below. .
Firstly, we need EQUIPMENT in the gym
We will produce
here TWO lists:
1. Detail the items of equipment
we want in the gym.
2
List of all the possible suppliers/ ie the MANUFACTURERS [Google
will
pick up all the names we publish so it is best to have the precise
names of all
of the
manufacturers.]
Donations of no longer required HOME
GYMS from anywhere in
Australia. We will arrange FREE FREIGHT by a road or RAIL
carrier. This could be ROAD FREIGHT CARRIER from
Cairns, who could have excess capacity for BACK LOAD to Cairns. We
would be offering a CONTRA-DEAL with PROMOTION on our websites.

donate it to us, or if you are a ROAD or RAIL FREIGHT CARRIER, we can

We need a VENUE/building:
Somewhere
to
put and use, the equipment.
If
we had vacant land, [or a flat 'base'], we could
do a contra for
promotion of TITAN SHEDS
or SIMILAR SHEDS for their MANUFACTURERS. This will mean a THIRD
LIST: By
naming them all in a list, due to Google, they should
get to
see it,
and hear of it and hopefully they will contact us to assist. We

As for land: Is there a current land
development/sales at present around the
northern beaches of Cairns?
We
could look at doing a contra deal with them too, to promote their
block. We would need to talk with Cairns City Council to
ensure they
did not tie it up with red tape. . They would realize that
negativity would have a
response on these websites.
All these things do not need to happen
in a specific
order.
Another BASE for the
building:
We could have a gym floating on the
river or inlet. In that case, the gym would have to be a 'private
gym'. The only members could be those we 'approve' as being
'YOUTH at RISK'. The 'ownership' of the vessel/gym would be by
them so obviating the need for public liability insurance. The
legal structure could be a 'limited partnership'. That would also
obviate the need for the vessel to be built 'under survey', although
that could still be a possibility. It would be at least 12
metres by 12 metres or 40 foot by 40
foot. with
a two metre [or 6foot 8 inch] walk-way on the four sides. It
would be of steel construction and weigh almost 40 tonne. The
super structure could be as for VENUE above.
That would really inspire the
imagination of many people and so gain
publicity. I
see the Barron River in the Northern suburbs of Cairns. The
estuary there looks attractive. There is also
the Trinity Inlet. on the south side of the Cairns CBD. There
would
be
many places where the floating gym could be anchored; anchored not
'moored'..
There should be some
steel fabricators in Cairns or nearby in North Queensland who may do
it for the publicity.
They would know where we could obtain second hand steel to build the
pontoons. Titan or other Shed manufacturer would love the
publicity
that would go with such a gym on the water.
There would be plenty of domestic gym
machines that people around
Australia could donate.

Jim and
his wife Judith Tierney are
good Catholics. Jim and
Judith hail from Liverpool in England. Because they are good
people, and because there was a need, Judith Tierney became
Vice-President, Northern Region, for St Vincent de Paul Society of
Queensland.
The
staff of St Vincent de Paul
Society of Queensland of which you
are
Spiritual Head, changed. The new staff began to bully junior staff
and
volunteers. The new staff, all dumb bullies and criminals are
named John
Campbell, Maree
Fell, Michael
McKeown, Peter
Maher and Jerry
McAuliffe.
Maree Fell is a fat ugly slag, who bullied a young employed youth
worker named Francine Kubanek, only because Francine was young and
attractive. Francine was caused so much distress that she had to
resign for the sake of her own health.
I have
been the target
of
corruption. I am
trained in law
with
an
LLB
and
in
Commerce with a BCom, but importantly I am a mathematician/logician
with Mathematics majors in my BSc and BA. This permits me to
assess
evidence far more effectively, by logical deduction and induction, to
determine the essential facts of corruption.
The
majority of Australians do not benefit from this corruption, but most
prefer to 'keep their heads down', to avoid being attacked. I
believe we can mobilize many of these people, these Australians, to
resist the corruption, given time. This mobilization will
be via publicity and information and we can thank the internet that we
can now 'fight back'. This Systemic Australian Corruption can be
defeated by a multi-faceted attack.
These
criminal staff of your St
Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, John
Campbell, Maree
Fell, Michael
McKeown, Peter
Maher and Jerry
McAuliffe, then
determined clandestinely, so as to weaken Jim, and to protect their own
crimes, to close the gym with lies to authorities so ARMED police would
accompany them when they closed the gym, evicted Jim Tierney at
gunpoint, and changed the locks. They then destroyed and stole
Jim Tierney's property. They then stole all of Jim
Tierney's
gym, boxing and weight-lifting equipment, so Jim could not set up
elsewhere in Cairns. They destroyed much of it, and have not
accounted to
Jim for any of it. There is so much corruption in Queensland and

The
corrupt authorities,
seem to favour corruption over honesty and fair play. This is no
doubt that they are more familiar with corruption, dishonesty, cheating

Inspector Swan of Cairns, a fat foul mouthed supporter of corruption,
and corrupt Queensland labor state government ministers including Kerry
Shine, Warren

with a substantial level of fraud. The

to assist the homeless Youth at Risk.
