Despite the admission by Police Prosecutor Miss Katrusha S Zalucki that the charge could not be justified and indicating that she would withdraw the charge, in response to my application "from the bar table" to dismiss the charge as an abuse of process and as a "charge" not known to law, she did not issue a nolle prosequi which is a withdrawal of the prosecution, but merely indicated that she wanted to prepare "paperwork", & Magistrate Orazio [Ray] Rinaudo did not dismiss the charge, as he should have done, so permitting this ABUSE OF THE PROCESS OF THE COURT, to continue.

In fact, if this parasite prosecutor could not issue an immediate nolle prosequi, she should have realized that this abuse of process should not be permitted to persist one moment longer, & since she had been slack in her work and duties in not having prepared the "paperwork" that she believed she needed, she should have prevailed upon the Magistrate, Orazio [Ray] Rinaudo to dismiss the charge, if she had DONE AS SHE IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO DO, in not permitting an ABUSE OF THE LEGAL PROCESS TO PERSIST.

She is slack and incompetent.  She was too gutless to even reply to my communique to her.    She had to run off to her "superior" like a "damsel in distress", and have her big brave boss one Acting Senior Sergeant Steven Wake act like her protector and reply for her.  She should never be promoted as she is not even doing this low level job competently.

"Authority"?  Haven't any of you heard of nolle prosequi  /?   The word "Authority" was not mentioned in court.   Zalucki is an "officer of the court" and has a duty to ensure the court makes the correct decision.  That includes terminating an abuse of the process of the court at the earliest opportunity.  That was the 12th April, 2010 before Rinaudo, and Zalucki did not do as she should have.  As a result, I am still on that charge. She is clearly up herself and thinks she can treat anyone who is a "defendant" with total contempt.

That Zalucki did not terminate this abuse, means that Rinaudo should have.  THIS IS NOW ALL ON THE PUBLIC RECORD.   Clearly, Zalucki is out of her depth.  I am not about to be stuffed around by that Zalucki after Cabrera.  I think her legal career may be over.  

Cabrera twice arrested me for baseless reasons. On both occasions the charges, on which  he stated that I was arrested, were charges not known to law. I have the audio recording.   He assaulted me on both occasions.  On the second occasion, he jumped a fence, because I was taking photographic evidence, to seize my camera.  In doing so, he invaded my home, where I had exclusive possession and where implied consent to enter was removed by the locked gates. He, Grillo and Engledow are all trespassers, at the least, and were each armed at the time.  The PPRA, did not give them authority to enter.    He was armed with revolver and handcuffs as were the two other police.  All three are ARMED INVADERS, although only one needed to be in possession of a firearm..

He arrested me to cause me great pain and bodily injury and to aggravate my disability of bilateral long bicep tenosynovitis which is aggravated by lifting, carrying and having my hands cuffed behind my back.  I had told him on the previous occasion that if he wished to charge me with anything, he could so so by summons.  I stated I was disabled.  Acting as he did to a known disabled person, had to put him at risk of committing disability discrimination, as has occurred, and you are weighing in on his side.  You did not think this one through, did you?

Police have regulations as to the particular occasions on which to handcuff arrested persons.   This was not such an occasion, even if the arrest had been legal.

Clearly, I have done no wrong at all.  Hence, these two arrests and assaults were for other reasons.  This has been criminal behaviour, by a number of people and you are apparently now "justifying" this criminal outrage.

Because of such outrageous behaviour by Cabrera and many other police, [I will discover all their names in turn, including the moron police in Pine Rivers Watchhouse  who assaulted me], I am surprised that you,  Rinaudo, & Zalucki have not wanted to cover your tails and distance yourselves from this outrage, instead of permitting it to continue and to suggest that the present situation is satisfactory.  IT WAS ABUSE BY CABRERA et al.  The charge was an abuse of the process of the court, and Rinaudo and Zalucki has permitted this abuse to persist.  Now, you weigh in seemingly to justify it.

The process of taking this to the High Court has already commenced: => DC, => CA, => HC.

Thankfully, I have an ability to "utilize" a substantial publishing machine.   Try Googling for <' Rantala Gate '>/.  Rantala is a dumb cop who decided to be the leader of an armed robbery of me on 29th & 30th November, and 1st December, 2004.
