Clearly, because I have eradication of
corruption in the Queensland Police and Queensland Judiciary, as the
central plank of my platform for my Senate Campaign for the upcoming
Federal election, I have the corrupt police and judiciary scared
witless so they are trying every opportunity to harass me, mess me
around, abuse me, brutalize me and to injure me. Of course,
because I am disabled with multiple disabilities including needing
assistance

ease
[alleviate]

brain damage induced anxiety I
suffer, and the disability of bilateral

tenosynovitis /, these
gutless dumb police have decided to target my disabilities.
To separate me from my dogs, they have
thrice arrested me in my home on blatantly nonsense charges, such as
breach of some fictitious "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER", where it is not my
family or any relation of mine at all and where I am not the respondent
or a respondent. I need to have my dogs with me to ease anxiety
caused by head injury induced, and medically induced, brain
damage. I
have
already
mentioned
the
torture
that
that causes me.
First AGGRAVATED assault, that he called "arrest" by Police

This parasite pig Louis Jesus Cabrera
took me in handcuffs to the Sandgate watch-house, where I was abused
and
tortured for hours by Cabrera and a short fat dumpy ugly piglet named
Angela something. He did not charge me after many hours but
rather created this NONSENSE "Formal Directive":

Just after 7am on Easter Monday, 5th
April, 2010, police parasite JC [Louis JESUS Cabrera], decided he
would engage in another harassment and assault foray against a disabled
citizen, and use his police "powers" to enable him to inflict harm,
damage and injury upon me.
As any reader can see, that direction
above does not relate to me. A domestic violence order [DVO] can
only be to a respondent in that domestic violence matter. Hence,
that "Formal Directive", is a nullity. He does not have the power
to do as that directive would suggest. Of course, I took no
notice of it.
Cretin Cabrera again stated he "wanted
to talk" to me. This time I had my camera. I was taking
photos as I am entitled to do. He clearly disliked this so he
jumped the fence, [the gate was locked so removing 'implied consent to
enter']. As Cabrera and then the two others 'Zac' [big deal
- big wanker] Engledow and Vincent Grillo entered when they did
not have justification nor a court order and implied consent to enter
was removed by the locked gate, all three were trespassers.
They were each ARMED at the time so their actions amounted to ARMED
INVASION, & ARMED ASSAULT of me, and they were ARMED INVADERS.
As if to try to "justify" his actions,
Cabrera purported to "charge" me with a totally bogus invented
imaginary charge:
That I failed to act on his direction
to censor a website. Police powers do not extend to making
CENSORSHIP orders to people anywhere to censor a website. Here
is the "charge":
The photos I took have now gone
feral. Here some of them are, BUT
FIRST, I will show you the bodily injuries these criminals inflicted
upon me. First will be the Medical Report given more than three
days after the injury. The handcuffs were put on my wrists
behind my back. This caused excruciating pain due to one of my
disabilities namely bilateral
long
bicep
tenosynovitis /.
I told the police and they just smiled. The police have files on
many people. These files are secret and are not subject to
Freedom of Information or as it has been renamed by the present corrupt
government of Anna Bligh, "Right to Information".
Much false information has been given
to police about me by that parasite ex solicitor and ex labor lawyer,
and good mate of corrupt cops who protected his SP bookie business in
which he engaged after he, Terence
Joseph
Mellifont, was, in 1980,
struck off the roll of solicitors. Mellifont had defrauded me in
1974 [and so many others I am discovering, additional to those publicly
disclosed in his court cases, so I took his account/Bill of Costs, to
be Taxed by the Supreme Court of Queensland. His bill was
decimated and he dislike it. I know the police have a file on me.
