Professor John Hay
should be SACKED as Vice-Chancellor [VC] of The University of
Queensland [UQ].
Professor John Hay became VC of The University of Queensland [UQ]
on 1 January, 1996. He wanted to wreck great
changes on UQ so as to be seen as a "great man". So as not to be
restrained by the bureaucratic structure of UQ, he reorganized the
structure of UQ from 23 faculties reporting to him, to seven Super
Faculties. With that, he could sack all the 23 heads of
faculties who reported to him, and appoint a new structure of people
whom he could control. Of course, this meant that MERIT was
abrogated, and a system of reciprocated favours became currency.
Under the previous VC, Professor Brian Wilson, I was being bullied in
such clear ways, that

Brian Wilson carpeted
the then Dean of Law Professor Geoffrey deQ. Walker, at 2:30 pm, on
25th August, 1995, as per the documented
evidence below. After Professor Wilson left, the bullying was
permitted by HAY to flourish. The BULLYING was obvious to
Wilson and was also obvious to Hay. HAY saw the BULLYING of me as
CURRENCY FOR HIM TO ACHIEVE HIS GOALS. So, not only did
Hay fail to act against the bullying of me [AS HE SHOULD HAVE DONE,
WERE HE ACTING HONESTLY AND PROPERLY], he also permitted it to continue
and FURTHER, HAY GAINED
BENEFIT FROM THE BULLYING OF ME. Once that became known
and realized by those connected to me, I had not chance of gaining Due
Process or any semblance of fairness at UQ. This is a SCANDAL. THIS AMOUNTS TO BULLYING of me,
BY THE VICE-CHANCELLOR JOHN HAY. FURTHER, what is really SICKENING, is that Hay, BULLIED ME IN A VERY DELIBERATE
WAY TO ENABLE HIM TO ACHIEVE HIS GOALS OF APPEARING A GREAT MAN.
HAY IS THE LOWEST OF THE LOWLIFE.
All this bullying by the gutter dwelling Hay, has been so detrimental
to my health, academic progress and has exacerbated my
disabilities. Some Maths Lecturers knew that they could treat me with
contempt, with impunity and no fear of being overruled by UQ as Hay had
let it be known that I was fair game. In one case, the lecturer
just failed to even mark my submissions in the exam and failed
me. This occurred in Maritime Law. The Lecturer was
Dr Michael White, husband of Justice White of the Supreme Court of
Queensland [SCQ]. Justice Margaret White has cheated me in a
recent matter before her in the SCQ. She is one of the eight
members of the Senate of UQ [the senate could sack Hay] that are
appointed by the Governor in Council [Qld State Government which is
corrupt anyway].
In another case, Hay
was happy to abrogate UQ's [and so his] FIDUCIARY DUTY and CONTRACTUAL
DUTY to me.
As I state above, Justice Margaret White has shown here bias against me
[but that bullying of me goes back a fair way] and is a member of the
Senate of UQ. That Senate will be unlikely to sack Hay, until the
pressure becomes too great. In the meantime, there will be other
scapegoats. I wonder how long Porter will remain. Maybe
Porter will try to save his skin by sacking Collyer.
I am a mathematician. I was trying to do some Post-Graduate maths
in 1998, 1999, and 2000, but I was just relentlessly bullied by some
people in the maths department, Hay's new "Super-Faculty" which now
contained the maths department and in the administrative/"judicial"
organs of UQ, such as the 'Student Appeals Committee". I suffered
all this because the corruption came from the top, and that was Hay and
the Senate of the University of Qld.
The University has become a quagmire of corruption under Hay.
HAY MUST BE SACKED.
There is much CORRUPTION in Australia
but the majority
of it is concealed. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA
POLITICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to
pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY
OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is
attempting to diminish its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to
associate with a denizen of the “high moral ground”
[Australia], whereas in fact, AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH
CORRUPTION. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of
government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE,
[Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION,
UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the
corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and
other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained
some “inspiration” from some of this corruption,
utilizing corruption in the legal profession and
judiciary.
The www is the ideal medium to present The
EVIDENCE
of this corruption when
that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those
statements are public records. I
WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My
purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical
linkage for the UNCHALLENGEABLE CONCLUSION.
I have special skills in this respect. I am first and foremost a
MATHEMATICIAN with maths majors in my BSc and BA. As well, I am fully
trained to be admitted as a lawyer. I have practical experience in
many courts over many years and as an accountant and tax agent.
