The Queensland Police is a part
of the Australian Government. The
Queensland Police aka Rantala-Gate: is utterly corrupt and engages in
torture of
anti-corruption, Pro-Democracy
activists.
Importantly, for the Australian
Government, the Australian Government has the Constitutional Power, to
correct the corruption in the Queensland Police, if it wished.
This is unlikely, at present, as the Australian Government under Kevin
Rudd is
utterly corrupt too, as Rudd is a 'child' of the Queensland
Corruption that has
existed for many,
many
decades in Queensland.
Clearly,
much
has
its
origins
with
the
mafia.

Due to circumstances, for which I
am in no way to blame, I have
suffered brain damage, and 40 years of duress through medical
incompetence. The adjustment process has left me with psychiatric
and
neurological
disability. As a direct
consequence, I
have
assistance
dogs. My assistance Dogs are
a Special Need
consequent upon my disability. As per that Medical
Report
shown
there, my Assistance Dogs
'alleviate the effects of my
disability'. This means they are very important to me, and I need
to be accompanied by them. They are very important to me and so
their welfare is very important to me. Although I am disabled, I
am entitled to live with dignity.
Hence, it causes me emotional pain to
be separated from my two wee
assistance dogs, or for them to be
placed in a dangerous situation whether I am with them of not, more so
if I am not with them.
Hence, for the
Queensland police to arrest me and take me into custody, with or
without my assistance dogs, in order for them to charge me, rather than
to charge me by
way of Summons, WHEN being charged by Summons would be just as
effective, amounts to illegal Disability Discrimination, and since that
would cause me emotional pain and anguish, it is also TORTURE. My
Disability and Need
for
Assistance
dogs
is
not
my choice, and was not
my fault, in any way. Now, recently, since I published

[previously, and still, on about 50 pages, implicating Superintendent
Dale Richard
Pointon, and Senior Officers
from Ethical Standards Command, Security Intelligence Branch, and
State Crime Operations Command, [would that include now retired
Assistant Commissioner 'Peter Swindells'], as ACCESSORIES to the CRIME
OF ARMED
ROBBERY, plus CONSPIRACY TO CONCEAL ARMED ROBBERY, I have found
myself being harassed by this bullying
cretinous
lump of lard called Acting
Sergeant Louis Jesus Cabrera of the
Queensland Police. He rambles on as though his actions has
something to do with an Internet domain name which he tells me I
own.
I advised this moron that I am
disabled, that I have assistance dogs,
and that to arrest me and take me into custody, with or without my
assistance dogs, will amount to Torture. He has stated that I
have to
satisfy him as to my disability, [that is disabiliy
discrimination in itself], and states further that he can still arrest
me
and take me into custody to charge me, if he wants, even though he
could charge me by Summons, just because he can, and he can do as he
likes. These websites more than adequately the details of my
disability. If he cannot read, he cannot then require me to
verbally explain, and deem that he can torture me until such time as I
can 'satisfy' him. Of
course, this is just a red herring.
The whole purpose of this harassment by this imbecile is on directions
of
his corrupt superiors aka Rantala-Gate: who are agrieved
