Some people may see this as an Internet ATTACK on the Pope. We don't care. We are incensed at the crime of the Roman Catholic, St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, part of the flock of Pope Benedict, in that they stole and destroyed the valuable gym equipment in Carirns that was/is owned by Jim Tierney and was being used by Jim Tierney to help save YOUTH at RISK.

On July 21 2008 Tim Fischer was nominated by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd as the first resident Australian Ambassador to the Holy See since 1973, when diplomatic relations with the Vatican and Australia was first established.

Tim Fischer met Pope Benedict at the weekend of the Catholic church's six-day World Youth Day event in Sydney,.and told him: "I have some good news your holiness, there has been good rain in the Riverina."

Summary, to Pope Benedict, of the Roman Catholic, St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland FRAUD & THEFT from Jim Tierney, in Cairns, Far North Queensland:

A good friend of mine is Jim Tierney in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Jim is a World Standard boxer, martial artist, weight trainer, Weight lifter, body builder and all round good guy.

Jim Tierney had run JT's Gym in Goulburn, NSW, for many years. Jim had done much good work for many people, especially people in Need. Jim had set up a Gym for prisoners in Goulburn Maximum Security Prison, mostly with his own equipment which he gifted to the prisoners.    Jim and Judith Tierney retired to Cairns in Far North Queensland.

Jim and his wife Judith Tierney are good Catholics. Jim and Judith hail from Liverpool in England. Because they are good people, and because there was a need, Judith Tierney became Vice-President, Northern Region, for St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland.

Jim Tierney [James Victor Tierney] Boxer & Weightlifter Set Up Vinnies Gym in Cairns. Jim Tierney, after long & detailed agreement with St Vincent de Paul set up Vinnies Gym in Cairns. with Jim's own weights & own gym equipment.    Jim relocated all of his gym equipment, worth conservatively, at that time, in excess of $1 million, to Cairns and in Conjunction with St Vincent de Paul Society of Qld, established 'Vinnies Gym' in Cairns as a joint 'venture' for charitable purposes, to give reason, purpose, and hope to disadvantaged kids, YOUTH AT RISK IN CAIRNS, FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND. It was not intended to be a commercial venture, nor to be 'self funding'. Jim did this because he had grown up impoverished in Liverpool, England in the years following the end of World War II. Jim wanted to ensure that kids at risk of becoming criminals were motivated to succeed, honestly. Jim Tierney's Vinnies Gym in Cairns was very successful at saving Youth at Risk of Drugs & Failure in Life.   As well, Jim Tierney set up, fostered & conducted Anti-Rape classes at Vinnies Gym in Cairns.

What the criminals running your St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, John Campbell, Maree Fell, Michael McKeown, Peter Maher and Jerry McAuliffe, did, sets a very poor example for them. Because I do not expect your or your church to do anything to help, I, in conjunction with Jim Tierney intend to establish a bigger and better gym in Cairns, run on the same altruistic principles. OPEN SOURCE is very big on the internet. It will be like an 'OPEN SOURCE' gym.

The staff of St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland of which you are Spiritual Head, changed. The new staff began to bully junior staff and volunteers. The new staff, all dumb bullies and criminals are named John Campbell, Maree Fell, Michael McKeown, Peter Maher and Jerry McAuliffe. Maree Fell is a fat ugly slag, who bullied a young employed youth worker named Francine Kubanek, only because Francine was young and attractive. Francine was caused so much distress that she had to resign for the sake of her own health.

Jim Tierney has always supported the underdog, so he railed against this bullying. The criminals running your St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, John Campbell, Maree Fell, Michael McKeown, Peter Maher and Jerry McAuliffe, also began to determine ways to enrich themselves at the expense the proper beneficiaries, by selling valuable donations for their own account. Jim and Judith Tierney were also opposed to this. Jim and Judith were always an unpaid volunteers, in all their dealings with Vinnies Gym and St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland The criminals then in charge of St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, John Campbell, Maree Fell, Michael McKeown, Peter Maher and Jerry McAuliffe, also wanted Jim Tierney and other gym staff to fraudulently fabricate figures of the number of aboriginal people who attended the gym so they could fraudulently claim Commonwealth Government Indigenous Grants. Jim Tierney Refused to Assist St Vincent de Paul Defraud Commonwealth Government in outrage.   There is even more Evidence/Allegations of Fraud by St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland.   This relates to their fraudulently transferring over $130 million of funds and assets, to "Ozcare".

Jim Tierney helped victims resist Bullying by staff of St Vincent de Paul Society in Cairns. Staff of St Vincent de Paul Society in Cairns wanted Jim Tierney to falsify records to defraud Commonwealth grants.

The Commonwealth of Australia Government has received numerous Statutory Declarations attesting to this attempted fraud of the Commonwealth of Australia, AND OF ALL OTHER AUSTRALIANS, & NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, indicating the comfortable acceptance of corruption by those associated with the Roman Catholic Church in Australia, by the Corrupt Australian Government.   To attempt to protect their graft, the staff of St Vincent de Paul Society in Cairns lied to try to destroy Jim Tierney.

Summary: Corrupt Australian Government

I have been the target of corruption. I am trained in law with an LLB and in Commerce with a BCom, but importantly I am a mathematician/logician with Mathematics majors in my BSc and BA. This permits me to assess evidence far more effectively, by logical deduction and induction, to determine the essential facts of corruption.

My Qualifications

Having published the details of the corruption that has adversely impacted me, on WEBSITES and Bulletin Boards, I have attracted and collected much more evidence of more cases of corruption, and so have been able to piece together the corruption that is throughout the Australian society. It is a single hierarchical web/network of corruption. It involves particularly police, but also politicians, mainly labor but ex police also become liberal MPs and other corrupt elements in the non-labor side, the judiciary, lawyers and most importantly, the Corruption Watchdogs, being the CMC in Qld, ICAC in NSW and the CCC in WA. They use the justice system to enforce their brand of corruption and will use our justice system against any maverick corruption, and anyone who rails against the 'authorized' corruption web. The criminal activity that most upsets them is any which threatens their control of corruption. The corruption is particularly rampant in drugs and pedophilia. Both have been involved in the disappearance of Daniel Morcombe. Hence other criminal activity, such as racial attacks upon Indian students, does not concern them. Of course, those at or near the top of the Corrupt Australian Government, such as Kevin Rudd or Brumby in Victoria, are forced to attempt to make 'comforting sounds', to the Indian Government and Indian parents of Indian students studying in Australia.

This Systemic Australian Corruption extends to churches [multiple], charities, and church charities.

The majority of Australians do not benefit from this corruption, but most prefer to 'keep their heads down', to avoid being attacked. I believe we can mobilize many of these people, these Australians, to resist the corruption, given time. This mobilization will be via publicity and information and we can thank the internet that we can now 'fight back'. This Systemic Australian Corruption can be defeated by a multi-faceted attack.

Not only Australians suffer from this corruption. Much resistance to this Systemic Australian corruption will come from Overseas. People overseas are also adversely affected by this Systemic Australian Corruption. At present in particular, these are Japanese citizens, regarding, but not exclusively, Japanese whaling. There is also, in Australia, a deep seated xenophobia particularly of Japanese students, and Japanese Academics. Kevin Rudd, the Mandarin Candidate, inspires attacks on Japanese Students to favour China. This is particularly related to Kevin Rudd's attempts to 'suck up' to China and Chinese money and power.

These criminal staff of your St Vincent de Paul Society of Queensland, John Campbell, Maree Fell, Michael McKeown, Peter Maher and Jerry McAuliffe, then determined clandestinely, so as to weaken Jim, and to protect their own crimes, to close the gym with lies to authorities so ARMED police would accompany them when they closed the gym, evicted Jim Tierney at gunpoint, and changed the locks. They then destroyed and stole Jim Tierney's property. They then stole all of Jim Tierney's gym, boxing and weight-lifting equipment, so Jim could not set up elsewhere in Cairns. They destroyed much of it, and have not accounted to Jim for any of it. There is so much corruption in Queensland and Australia, See Rantala-Gate: Menu above. The corrupt authorities, seem to favour corruption over honesty and fair play. This is no doubt that they are more familiar with corruption, dishonesty, cheating and bullying because that is what they do. See Rantala-Gate: Menu above. As a result, corrupt police including an Inspector Swan of Cairns, a fat foul mouthed supporter of corruption, and corrupt Queensland labor state government ministers including Kerry Shine, Warren Pitt, and Judy Spence. abused Jim and Judith Tierney and stated that he was happy with a substantial level of fraud. The corrupt Queensland labor Government, including Kerry Shine, Warren Pitt, and Judy Spence. refused to assist the homeless Youth at Risk.

The 'Vinnies' gym that Jim Tierney established is a perfect Model for Future Gyms in Australia & Internationally. We Will Promote their Formation. The first will be a replacement gym in Cairns.
