This photo was taken in a supermarket, on the 20th January, 2007 at 4:54PM Brisbane, Australia time, when Morgan was attemting to not be photographed by hiding behind some toilet rolls.

Is this how they do it?
  $1,500 RENT PER WEEK, for an ASBESTOS RIDDEN dump.

Is that a scandalous rip-off?   That is the rent charged for the house purchased by the Brisbane Diocese at 256 Hawken Drive, St Lucia, [photograph appearing beside], near the St Lucia Campus[SLC] of The University of Queensland [UQ], and stated to be an "Annex" to St John's College [SJC] on SLC of UQ.   As you can see in the recent photograph, it is a 50+year old dump that has been covered with aluminium cladding to conceal the rot.  As you can see in the second photo, even the cladding is coming asunder.   So what's underneath it; anything or just rot?

How does the Anglican Church make such a return?

Is this the 'benefit' of having an MBA [Master of Business Administration] as the Archbishop of Brisbane and Primate of Australia: [Archbishop Dr Phillip Aspinall MBA]?

St John's College [SJC] on SLC of UQ has stated in court documents that this house is to take "overflow" from St Johns College [SJC].   Can't anyone there count?  They must know how many rooms they have.  Then that would be the number of students that they can accept to accommodate.  

In fact their house is just a RIP-OFF and a SCANDAL. It is more than merely immoral.  It is a FRAUD on vulnerable universitiy students, most having left home for the first time.  Morgan has made it a RABBIT WARREN. 

It is a three bedroom home. Morgan has one student in each bedroom and one student trying to sleep and study in the garage, one student trying to sleep and study in the lounge room and yet another student  trying to sleep and study in the dining room.    That is 6 X $250/week = $1,500/week.

Students who have been forced to stay there, and their parents to whom I have spoken, are most unhappy that their student offspring have to live off-campus in sub-standard circumstances when they are paying full fees to be on campus in college. They are charged the same expensive accommodation fee as if on campus.   They are CONNED by Morgan.  Firstly, the Anglican Church has given this dump the name of  "BARRETT HOUSE".  Any of the unfortunates [and their parents], who draw the short straws, are told that they are SPECIAL in that they are TRUSTED to be off-campus, unsupervised, where they can enjoy the peace to allow them the ultimate in study facilities. 

[Morgan realises they hold out, hoping that they will eventually be permitted to return to college on campus.] They did not apply to be off-campus. It is sprung upon them with no notice. They are extremely unhappy. They think if they complain about the surroundings, they may hasten their return to campus. Morgan has encouraged them to complain about me, clearly with the aim of stealing my home. I can document many instances. Morgan is a great liability to the Anglican Church.

Have a look at tha SJC website:  http://www.uq.edu.au/stjohns/   That site does not mention this house anywhere.  Unless they are trying to hide it, it would be shown on the LOCATION of ST JOHNS COLLEGE page: viz:   http://www.uq.edu.au/stjohns/HTML/Location.html /.  Of course, the dump of a house for the SJC "overflow" [oh yes] is not disclosed in any way.  Prospective residents have to purchase an "Admission's padkage"  to apply for residence.  You can imagine the excitment they experience at being accepted to reside at SJC, tends to dissipate when they discover they are stuck off campus, far from the College facilities for which they are paying.  Morgan "manages" his college by bullying everyone.   That is the approach he has taken with me. I am disabled and look like a retard, but fortunately have an IQ well into the genius range.   So many bullies become upset when they think they can just bully me and put it over on me, but find out that they have been stymied.

There is much CORRUPTION in Australia but the majority of it is concealed. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLICICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.          
The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION. I have special skills in this respect. I am first and foremost a MATHEMATICIAN with maths majors in my BSc and BA. As well, I am fully trained to be admitted as a lawyer. I have practical experience in many courts over many years and as an accountant and tax agent.
