This is a simple
proposition. There is clear evidence that this parasite priest
Rev Canon John Morgan, Warden of St Johns College, of The University of
Queensland, is a FRAUDSTER. He is corrupt. I advised
this
detail
to the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church, which is the part of the Anglican Church
of which
he is a priest, as
per
my
communique. The fact
that they did nothing therefore, makes the Brisbane Diocese of the
Anglican Church also CORRUPT. I believe it is highly relevant
that the Chancellor of the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church is
the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Paul de
Jersey. [We are in receipt of much information about Paul de
Jersey, from the time he was a barrister in Queensland, and from people
closely associated with him.]
It is not only the fraudulent
actions of the despicable criminal
parasite Rev Canon Professor Dr [in divinity?] John Leslie Morgan that
makes his organization, the Corrupt Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican
Church aka the Corrupt Corporation of the Synod of the Diocese of
Brisbane, a corrupt organization, BUT THEIR READY ACCEPTANCE OF IT, as
shown by their failing to act on the notice I gave them as shown by
this communique to the official body of the Brisbane Diocese of the
Anglican
Church [BDAC].
The Clear Evidence:
One needs only peruse the email
from
Morgan
to me dated 11 July, 2001.
That shows his attempted fraud of
me. I had already contributed my share to the dividing fence
between us.
The agreement we had:
I had a quote for the whole job
of building the fence. It was itemized for each part of the work
and materials. Our agreement was that I would
demolish and remove the old fence and dig the holes for the new fence.
They would supply the new materials and build the fence. On the basis
of the costs indicated in the quote I had, that meant I was doing more
than half the work and materials, by value. The problem
was that their 'expert tradesman" was a bricklayer and he had never
built
a chain wire fence, and it showed as he built it wrongly. The most
important aspect of a Chain wire fence is the wire that is strung at
high tension the full length of the fence. As a result, the fence
requires END POSTS, to form the anchors for the wire under
tension. The chain wire mesh is then attached to the wire running
the length of the fence and woven betweent the posts. Also, their
"EXPERT TRADESMAN" - [NOT] did
not know how to attach the chain wire. He did not have a clue as
he did not know about the wire under tension the wholelength of the
fence. Morgan is an Anglican Priest, so I truated him when he
said they knew how to build that fence.
Despite the legislation regarding
dividing fences, in mst jurisdictions requiring parties on each side to
pay half and half each, and having the obligation by law, Morgan would
not even talk to me because he told the lie that they did
not have any money for a new fence so it could not be built. He
later
admitted
that that was a lie.
To complete his contribution, he
contracted with a
fencing contractor to perform work. The contractors charge was
$200.00. Knowing Morgan, when the contractor asked for his
payment, Morgan would have retorted, we are GST exempt. That is
10% or $20.00 so I will pay you $180.00. [In fact, the GST in a
Total of $200.00 is $18.18 to the nearest cent so Morgan should have
paid $181.82. Of course, if queried Morgan would have created
such a fuss that one would just give up. Of course, I would not
and Morgan disliked that intensely. He got away with it running St
Johns College, so he thought he could do that everywhere.]
THAT IS CRIMINAL. Attempted
fraud is the same as actual fraud. That is attempting to gain
money by deception. That parasite should go to prison. [Not only
because of this attempted fraud, but also, and far more seriously,
because when he decided he wanted my home, he went about defrauding me
of it.] There will be many avenues whereby this evidence can
surface. My letter at the time is good evidence. I am sure
the contractor who performed the work will remember the job, as the
fence had been defectively built by Morgan's crowd and the contractor
commented to me on it. It was a chain wire fence, and Morgan's
incompetent crew, [everything associated with Morgan - and St Johns
College at The University of Queensland, - is incompetent and
fraudulent], built the fence without the essential end-posts. The
College, St Johns College of The University of Queensland, will have
records, as will the diocese. They will have a responsibility to
produce them. If they dispute the evidence
of
my
communique, they would have
to produce better evidence. That would have to be the accounting
records, and not ones that could be readily doctored. As well,
there are so many places where those email records will have been
kept. As well, I have a wealth of evidence relating to the
defrauding of me of my better than half million dollar home by Morgan
and the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church aka The Corporation of
the Synod of the Diocese of Brisbane.
I can challenge them to produce
their records whre they paid
$360.00 to attach the chain wire, as they did not. The fact that
the
Bernard Yorke, of the diocesan office means that the whold BDAC is
corrupt. Teh fact that my email went to two others also
adds credence
to my statement.

John Morgan's attempted fraud: Gaining money by
deception.
Morgan paid $180.00 to a
contractor for doing work on a dividing
fence. Morgan's College had agreed to do that part of the
work. He wanted me to pay it all when I had no obligation to pay
any of it, so he doubled the amount and then claimed that I pay half
of it.
This definitely shows that Morgan is
corrupt. However, because I
had advised Bernard Yorke, the Managing Director of the Brisbane
Diocese of the Anglican Church, then the Brisbane Diocese of the
Anglican Church, is implicated in this fraud as being corrupt.
Hence, the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church is corrupt.
The present Chancellor of the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church,
is Queensland's Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Paul
de Jersey.
