We wonder how their prospective employers will view this; ALL IN THEIR OWN WORDS.

How will they explain their words and ENDORSEMENT of this HATE SITE and SENTIMENT, to a prospective employer, if he bothers to waste his time to give them the opportunity.

This is indicative of the way all these people have been treating this poor disabled man. The way he had been treated was the continual throwing of beer bottles in his yard, breaking bottles on his driveway in his yard and breaking pane glass windows by throwing beer bottles through his windows.

This Regan Ireland [RI] is a nobody parasite that thought he would be "very smart" to utilize the power of the Internet and Facebook to BULLY A DISABLED GUY. Gutless bullies go after disabled people so the gutless bullies can look more powerful because they are relatively, usually. Hence he started this

Consistent with the nature of bullies, who are inately, gutless cowards, this group thought they were being very smart in secret. The fact that their little handywork was obviously so public did not even occur to these morons.

RI included a fraud of an imported photo of someone other than his "target". The only common fact in the fraudulent photo was that the import had a beard. The import was in a riduculous and crazy pose. He used this to try to denegrate his target. He then attempted to attribute that quality to his target. He then wrote off to a collection of email addresses. This included the student body at Cromwell College. Those in charge of The University of Queensland [UQ], and Cromwell College at UQ, were quite relaxed and happy about the target of the parasitic bully Regan Ireland, being attacked. This Regan Ireland does not have any real friends, just other parasites, and of course, his younger sister to whom he also wrote to join the "group" and wanting her to also submit a "post" to add more impetus to the "group". [We guess that this CCMC -see below - can blame his parents for his stupidy and criminality. They must be real morons and hics. Their name is "Ireland", so they name their daughter "Shannon"; "Shannon, Ireland" get it? We wonder if they had had another son [or daughter] if s/he would have been named "Dublin Ireland" - "come here Dublin, help mummy stand up, HIC!, mummy's not well, HIC!".] RI suggested that Shannon should denegrate the target for being "crazy" and for his keeping ducks, about which she could complain of their odour. We believe she is in Rockhampton, and we wonder how much she would know from experience, about the target and his ducks. Of course, in that time up to her FIRST post, the 28year old "EDUCATOR of YOUNG PEOPLE" [Simon Kalinowski (SK) - his own description of himself] supplied the catch phrase of "FUCKEN SHIT CRAZY MOTHERFUCKER" why doesn't someone KILL him. [That is a criminal offence, in Queensland and a Telecommunications Crime against Commonwealth law.]

Remarkably, he, SK, also supplied the URL for THIS, OUR website.   That ensured that the facebook group would become very public.   They are such morons that they did not realise that. Even the 28year old "EDUCATOR of YOUNG PEOPLE" [Simon Kalinowski] who is supposed to be in the business of computer software and the internet, [how smart are CLIENTS and business associates of SIMON KALINOWSKI to contract or associate with such a moron] did not realise how it all works. We doubt that they yet realise how it has all worked. None of the other parasitic morons who ENDORSED THE HATE SITE, nor the REGISTRAR and SECRETARY of THE UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND, Douglas Porter who OFFICIALLY ENDORSED [for The University of Queensland] THE SITE AND ITS SENTIMENT OF HATE AND ITS INCITEMENT TO COMMIT MURDER [WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE KILL HIM - they wanted to instill fear in their target so he would "FUCK OFF"], realised how public were their actions. One needs to know a little about this Ireland parasite. He has spent four years living in a college. What does that say for him? It suggests that he is immature, and never had to "look after himself". That would explain his attacking a disabled guy. Amongs Australian and US students at Australian Universities, it is not uncommon to find such gutless parasites.   It is very noticable to observe the very different nature of Asian especially Chinese students at Australian Universities. Those students work harder and achieve far better results.   Ireland and his ilk are gutless bludgers who do not achieve well, so develop a "mob mentality".   That is the reason the CCMC's target is attacked bythe gutless parasites that joined this group and ENDORSED ITS SENTIMENT.

A prospective employer of Jacob may ponder the reason that she was prepared to lie. She was using her employer's computer and her employer's internet connection during this time. Those are Queensland times. Who will want to be "associated" with Brett Tully, given his actions in ensdorsing a HATE SITE INCITING MURDER and intended to BULLY A DISABLED MAN?

People can consider the benefit or cost of having been or being associated with Brett Tully. What will it say about them to have had such an association? What will such an association say about a person to have been associated with a name that has ENDORSED A HATE WEB SITE INCITING MURDER OF A DISABLED PERSON? We wonder how many of his FUTURE associations will be happy and proud to be associated with Brett Tully. IMPORTANTLY, WHAT WILL IT SAY FOR FUTURE ASSOCIATIONS, when those persons can choose whethr they wish to have an association with Brett Tully. With the prominence of www, it is unlikely that, say any future employers, or research Universities, will not have done a Google search on the term <brett tully>. The revelation on this site will no doubt (?) make Brett Tully a far more attractive propositon for any employer or research University, not.

We have conclusive evidence that the Registrar and Secretary of The University of Queensland, one Douglas Porter [that is Douglas Porter of Douglas and Janet Porter fame of 14 McCaul St, TARINGA], HAS BEEN MONITORING THIS HATE AND MURDER INCITEMENT SITE from at least Monday 1 October, 2007. We believe that since the site was FORMALLY associated with The University of Queensland, AND SINCE HE WAS MONITORING IT, DAILY, he has ENDORSED the sentiment of HATE and INCITEMENT TO MURDER, of that site.

Our publishing this information which is valuable to the community in so many ways, is a public benefit. Using Telecommunications to Incite murder is a Commonwealth Criminal Offence. Each member is guilty of being an accessory [at least] to Incitement to murder. Apart from the The HATE and INCITEMENT TO MURDER “facebook group” being associated with The University of Queensland facebook site, the fact that it had even any remote connection to The University of Queensland [UQ -Google recognizes UQ as an abbreviation of The University of Queensland, so we will continue to use UQ for The University of Queensland] should have meant that Douglas Porter, would act to remove that site from existence. We will be interested to see what action, if any Douglas Porter has taken to have that HATE site closed.

Douglas Porter is “losing it”. He is becoming incensed and obsessed. I wonder if anyone wishes to lay odds that he will soon be gone. I reckon, before Christmas. He will resign of course. We will claim credit for it, just like we do for the demise of Judy Magub. No-one on that list above, nor Douglas Porter too, has done any favours for Facebook out of this matter. Nor have they done any favours for themselves.

I am quite happy to respond in a constructive way. I WAS PREVIOUSLY INTENDING TO SUGGEST: "Might I suggest that one of the EXISTING members of FOD [but not Ireland or anyone else who has made an adverse posting], create a new Group on Facebook, and put a link to it in a message in FOD, plus a link to my responses on my site at haigreport.com /. I will give the person who does some valuable brownie points, worth, I reckon, as I shall explain later, [I am an accountant/ business finance major, and mathematician], about $200,000 present value. " HOWEVER, I DID IT MYSELF, SO NO BROWNIE POINTS. I had continued:

"I do have ducks, and for a person who wanted to refer to me but did not know my name, it would be reasonable for them to say, "you know, the man with the ducks". I seem to remember a radio spoof re "duckman, duckman ...". Since, facebook already has the reference to "duckman", and many people have accessed it, they will connect with the term "duckman". If you wish to call it something like, "Conversation with Duckman [CWD]" or "Talk with duckman [TWD]", that is okay with me."

You see, there is a legal problem for people joining FOD. It is clearly a HATE SITE, but that is not all. By joining, each person is ENDORSING the content of the site. That includes the INCITEMENT by Kalinowski to kill "him". Kalinowski's sentiment is clear form his immediately previous line of, in CAPITALS TO SHOUT IT, 'FSCM'. His was not an encouragement to help the guy so that he would no longer be "miserable". Consider, the LITERAL MEANING of his statement. That is what courts will consider. It can have no other meaning. It does not matter that most people would not be influenced by his incitement if in fact, such was that was the case. INCITEMENT is something less, [I would suggest much less] than AIDING AND ABETTING.

The difference between that comment here, and a similar statement in the pub, is that this is TELECOMMUNICATIONS. That was USING TELECOMMUNICATIONS DEVICE TO INCITE MURDER. That is a FEDERAL CRIME. It is not like a telephone threat, where the evidence is less certain. Here, it is in WRITING. I would not wish to seem to encourage anyone to commit a crime. Hence, I cannot respond to anything posted in future on FOD.

I have been monitoring the FOD, since Kalinowski put my site's URL up on it, early Sunday Morning, 30 September, 2007. I now have stacks of information. There will be many people who should be extremely nervous.

I will not divulge all now, yet. The ramifications from this will be immense. While UQ, Cromwell and Kings are not members, they are mentioned on the FOD as "Related Groups". Well, you might say, they have not endorsed the FOD group, as they may not have known of it. I do not think they would be proud to have sponsored such a site. It is clearly a HATE SITE and MORE.

Well, I am reliably informed that Douglas Porter, [you would have to know him; he is the top employee of UQ; the Registrar] has known about FOD since Monday 1 October, 2007, at the latest, maybe sooner on the Sunday 30 September, 2007. [Now he may start a witch hunt to find out who has been informing on him.] How did Porter know about it? In fact, I am reliably informed he has been monitoring it every day since. Apparently, he monitors my site also, in an obsessive way. I am told he was viewing FOD and Haigreport.com at 11pm on Saturday night and again at 3am on Sunday morning. Hence, since UQ is a "Related Group" and UQ's Registrar has repeatedly viewed FOD where UQ is stated to be a Related Group, and since Cromwell College and Kings College are on UQ Campus, and not independent of UQ, he has given the UQ's imprimatur for UQ, Cromwell and Kings to this HATE SITE and this site INCITING MURDER. The UQ facebook site/group has UQ's official emblem/logo displayed. If UQ did not approve of FOD, Porter could have had it removed. Clearly, Porter approves of this group, its language and sentiment of HATE and INCITEMENT TO MURDER. Likewise, Cromwell's and Kings' Groups display their respective official logos. Thus The University of Queensland [UQ], Cromwell College and Kings College have SPONSORED AND ENDORSED, HATRED AND INCITEMENT TO MURDER. [This will be the final curtain for Porter. See the reference to our strategy in a later posting.]

Additionally, Porter has approved of the LANGUAGE used on FOD /. I think this is disgusting that Porter should approve of such language. Will we now see this language on all UQ documentation? Well, I can tell Porter, that he is not entitled to use such language in any communications with me. It is his own business how he communicates with other people and in UQ documentation.

For so long I did not realise that I was being bullied. I just realised I was being attacked often. Others had suggested that as I was the common denominator, it must be something about me; something that I was doing. That seemed logical to me. I looked hard and long at myself to try to understand. [In fact it was DIRECTLY RELATED TO ME but was not of my volition AND was completely beyond my control: view my MRI. In my High School years, I was known as a brain. I was then very intelligent, especially with mathematics. I had come to the conclusion that it must be that I was causing others to be jealous of me. It was intimated that I should conceal my intelligence. I withdrew into myself. I was still bullied.

It is only recently, [2005] that I obtained that MRI to show the actual case, unequivocally.

There are TWO BASIC CAUSES OF THE BULLYING I SUSTAIN: They are not independent but are interrelated and correlated.

1.)   The asymmetry/freakish-ugliness of my deformed skull and resulting disfigurement.
2.)   Most importantly, the consequences of 1. above:-
    a)   Shark attack whereby gutless parasites, see me as being an "easy target" for their bullying, as it make them feel superior to me.
    b)   My undeserved "reputation" or, in psychology speak, the 'halo effect' [similar to "where there's smoke there's fire"], which is a consequence of 1. and 2a. above. This is especially so when a third party has to make decision regarding me: for example, Public servant parasites in the Public Sector, and for Magistrates and Judges [where they are not already out and out corrupt - the case with many]. This is so even where they do not see me but just "read between the lines" on my reputation and the demonisation of me, by other bullies.

Research shows that Ugly people are so much more harshly treated by courts, much the same as with Aborigines. Aborigines are bullied, just for being Aborigines. The discrimination I suffer is very similar to Racial discrimination. Hence, I readily appreciate how Aborigines, and people of PNG and Solomon Islands experience Racial discrimination [simply bullying].

There is much CORRUPTION in Australia but the majority of it is concealed. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLICICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.
The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION. I have special skills in this respect.
