Chancellor, University of Queensland [UQ] re St Johns College [SJC].
Dear Sir Llew,
The purpose of this OPEN LETTER:
You will have been directed to this
page, this OPEN LETTER, by an ALERT EMAIL, that I have sent to <rtedwardsredbank@retravision.com.au>. I am writing to you as Chancellor
of The University of
Queensland. I am writing to you via RT Edwards and Sons Pty
Ltd of which company you are Chairman. Pursuant to the
Corporations Law, they are duty bound to bring it to your attention.
Your role as Chancellor, of UQ, may, in law, have some bearing
on your role as Company Director. It is not for them to
judge.
I am no longer prepared to deal
with UQ via the Vice-Chancellor
Prof John Hay
nor the Registrar,
Douglas Porter, for the reasons hype-text linked to their names,
and for their conspiring
to abrogate, for UQ and themselves, their joint and several duties [and
the duty of
UQ as well]; the FIDUCIARY DUTY, and CONTRACTUAL DUTY they each and UQ
owed to me,
I now realise the reason that I
have been bullied by UQ in so many respects for so many years. I
will progressively add them to this website. That mistreatment
of me was not
justified.
The gravamen of this letter involves St Johns College [SJC] on the St Lucia Campus [SLC] of UQ. As detailed on this site, SJC is a partnership of UQ with the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church [BDAC], despite UQ and BDAC trying to convince the world that it is owned by BDAC. SJC is not a separate legal entity. I suspect that [BDAC] receives all the revenue less expenses of SJC, but that is a private arrangement of UQ and BDAC. SJC is run by a council, [CSJC], on which, by the terms of the Schedule of Trusts [ST] by which the land is held by BDAC from UQ, the Senate of UQ [SUQ] appoints one members, so that council is NOT BDAC. That CSJC is likewise, not a separate legal entity. Hence, both BDAC and UQ are liable. The partners are jointly and severally liable. Either or both parties can be sued for the actions of Morgan.
UQ is liable for Morgan's
GREED and FOLLY of ripping off SJC residents by putting
some in the ASBESTOS RIDDEN RABBIT WARREN.
This has been done in the name of SJC. The Senate of UQ [SUQ]
[that sounds like "sucks", mmmm...] has a representative on the Council
of SJC. You have to considerer whether that is an appropriate
conduct for SJC and in accord with the Schedule of Trusts by
which the land is held by BDAC
from UQ.
The Internet has overtaken the
world. So, not only do I have four undergraduate degrees,
(in spite of the bullying by UQ, especially under the stewardship of Hay,
when those who wanted to bully me for whatever reason, [usually to be
able to bludge], were allowed carte
blanche by Hay, as a sort of "remuneration" to his yes men that
he installed), but I am also building this site. I
challenge you to take the google
challenge. That should give you come idea that I may know a
bit about building websites. UQ has given me much material
from which I am now making money. Any student of parent of
that student who is interested in St Johns College and does a google
search, could be expected to see my SJC home page as #1. I
think we could expect much the same for <university
queensland> or <university australia> or
<university corruption>. All the bullying and
cheating by Hay's UQ has cost me greatly: cause me to delay achievement
of degrees and loss of post graduate degrees and such.
Now, I am starting to make money
from Hay's bullying of me. [Douggie
really dumped him in it.] www and google.

LETTER: Matters relevant to the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth).
I have written the following OPEN LETTERS TO MORGAN and received
the following replies.
I am dissatisfied with the conduct
of Morgan. I will deal with you in future as the"organ grinder"
rather thatn the morgan. He does not know what he is
talking about.
I now request from you the
information I requested from Morgan pursuant to the Privacy
act. In fact, I now re-address the contents of
OPEN
LETTER [20061216] to Rev. Canon Prof. Dr John Morgan [Morgan], Warden,
St Johns College [SJC].

to you. I have long ago
requested those personal documents from SJC. That request was
totally in line with a request under the Privacy ACt 1988. Supply
of those documents/information should be expedited.
Morgan has failed to acknowledge my
request for the Principle #5 document. I request it [in respect
of SJC] from YOU as Chancellor of UQ, a partner in SJC. While SJC
is NOT a separate
legal entity, I proffer that SJC is an "organisation" per the Privacy
ACt 1988, separate to UQ. Therefore, UQ's Principle #5 document
would be expected to be different in substance and definitely different
in form to that of SJC.
Morgan has also stated that he does
not have any personal information about me. That contradicts what
he has said previously. I know he is a liar.
I also appeal
to you his statement banning me from the grounds of SJC. I have
done nothing to justifiy that.
With Morgan's actions to date as
per his above replies, I have more than sufficient grounds to make a
complaint to the privacy commissioner on "Privacy Complaints, The
Office of the Privacy Commissioner." <" privacy"@privacy.gov.au>

Additionally, I request of you UQ's Principle #5 document.
Please advise your acknowledgment
of this request and when I will be receiving these documents/s/s/s.

organisation must make the document available to anyone who asks for it.
5.2 On request by a person, an organisation must take reasonable steps

holds, for what purposes, and how it collects, holds, uses and
discloses that information.
6 Access and correction
6.1 If an organisation holds personal information about an
individual, it must provide the individual with access to the
information on request by the individual, .......
