To fully understand the development of CORRUPTION in QUEENSLAND post Fitzgerald [the Fitgerald Commission of Enquiry], it is necessary to consider the situation regarding corruption when Johannes Bjelke-Petersen promoted Terry Lewis, over many police officers senior to Lewis, to become Police Commissioner.

Corruption in Queensland is no longer just in the police. In Queensland now it is total.   Apart from the police force, corruption now engulfs the electoral system, hence parliament and since the Executive Government is part of the majority in parliament, the executive government is corrupt. Since the Executive Government selects and appoints all members of the judiciary, then the judiciary becomes progressively more corrupt as this corrupt government continues to appoint more judges and magistrates. The CMC is corrupt as has been its two former incarnations of the CJC and the Fitzgerald Commission.

Just as the Stanford Prison Experiment showed, [See it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KXy8CLqgk4 also http://www.prisonexp.org/ ] when normal people are given powers akin to the powers of police, they act without limit. In reality, the limits upon police in Queensland, [and in most places], are few and those that "exist" in Queensland [the CMC] are illusionary, as we will explain.

Johannes Bjelke-Petersen was well aware of the total corruption within the Queensland police force. That corruption was very much labor inspired corruption in the police force, aand it hads remained to this day. All the senior police officers who were available to be promoted to commissioner, were corrupt or suspect. Bjelke-Petersen was relying upon advice. It is not known if Terry Lewis was corrupt at the time of his promotion to commissioner, and if he was, if that was know to Bjelke-Petersen.   What eventuated then in the Queensland Police force were two "brands" of corruption: labor corruption and Lewis corruption.

Corruption flourishes in secret. Very few momentus statements are made in public. Most statements, negotiations and decisions are made behind closed doors, and hence secret.

For those orchestrating these events, to gain secret power themself personally, it was necessary to corrupt the whole system of government in Queensland. This would ensure police corruption thrived, [as it does in Queensland at present].

Mellifont's case citations [TWO separate cases both involving PERJURY by Mellifont] include:
Mellifont v A-G (Qld) (1991) 173 CLR 289, 303 (Mason CJ, Deane, Dawson, Gaudron and McHugh JJ);
Mellifont v The Queensland Law Society Inc [1981] Qd R 17;
These two were the ultimate cases in two "threads" of Mellifont Corruption, both involving Mellifont's PERJURY..

The investigation of the disappearance, kidnapping and probable murder of Daniel Morcombe from Nambour, Sunshine Coast, Queensland on 7th December, 2003, has been mired by police corruption. The "vanishing" "blue four door car" "witnessed" to have been at the site is an invention by police to distract any investigation.

Community members who wish to bring the criminals to account, cannot rely upon the police. No "stone can be left unturned". I suggest below, one presently "unturned stone", and how to turn it, TOTALLY LEGALLY, and regardless of police.

You will soon see the reason we are devoting a whole individual page to this UNSAVORY individual. Spender epitomizes and exemplifies the corruption that is the Australian Judicial and legal System.

Spender has been involved in a multi million dollar fraud causing a massive loss to very many individuals. That was in relation to a mechanical car parking system. The person fronting that group is Garth Eaton.

"Garth Eaton represents a group of Australian investors who were defrauded by an inventor purporting to be the sole author of a mechanical car parking design. It is alleged, that in reality he had copied an expired American Patent. But this was only the beginning. He then became a competitor and furthered his business interests by skilfully seconding the support of Officers within the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the Federal Attorney General's Department and a Federal Court Judge. Even when those he had seconded realised they had been duped, there was no turning back - it was either admit they had made a grave mistake or continue with the total destruction of this innocent group of investors in order to protect themselves. And totally destroy they did."

Garth Eaton stated further, "The Europark System was a fully automated mechanical car parking system which was developed by Garth Eaton’s Companies, Staff and Franchisees over a period of nearly five years. They contributed over A$4,000,000 to its development.

"The technology was also funded, in part, through the awarding of the highest Australian Export Market Development Grant (A$250,000) in 1993, plus World Bank funding (US$1,000,000) in 1991, provided to the European manufacturers contracted under Agreement by Eaton’s Companies."

I would suspect that, given tSpender's corrupt nature, that I have personally experienced, [and now have the knowledge to recognise], there are other people, as well as the group represented by Garth Eaton, who have been defrauded by Spender. I would like to form a closer association with Garth Eaton and people of his group who have been defrauded by Spender. This corruption is centred on the COURTS, the JUDICIARY, and the LEGAL PROFESSION across Australia. This extends from the HIGH COURT of AUSTRALIA, through all the lower courts and tribunals in Australia The corruption then SPREADS to all POLICE and PUBLIC SERVANTS in Australia. Corruption does not mean that all decisions are perverse. Corruption means that many pivotal decisons are corrupt, and the corrupt system then conceals them. Hence, merely showing that one or a few decisions, even high profile ones are correct, does not mean the system is not corrupt. This corruption is "secure" and likely to continue due to the interdependence of the judiciary and the respective parliamentary majorities/[executive governments], and that these then attempt to monopolise the "high moral ground". Most are trained lawyers with the "gift of the gab" and able to seemingly "justify" the perverse decisions, including demonising any individuals not in their den.

AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION but the majority of it is concealed, or not understood by the majority of Australians. Both major POLITICAL PARTIES, Labor and Liberal, are culpable and consider this is just part of the "game" of politics and that being corrupt is just being "smart". Politicians and their close associates are a separate class to the Australian people.
The Australian Government has corrupted the High Court of Australia. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLITICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish recognition of its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, Australia is a cesspool of hidden corruption and secret agendas. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.

The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION that CORRUPTION IS RIFE IN AUSTRALIA.
